GLOW International, Inc. (“GLOW,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy and is committed to responsibly handling the personal information entrusted to us.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you visit glowintl.org, register for our programs or events, make a donation, subscribe to communications, complete a form, volunteer with us, or otherwise interact with GLOW.

1. Information We Collect

The information we collect depends on how you interact with GLOW.

Information You Provide to Us

We may collect information such as:

  • name;

  • email address;

  • telephone number;

  • mailing address;

  • communication preferences;

  • event or program registration information;

  • volunteer or ministry-interest information;

  • donation and transaction information;

  • information you submit through forms, surveys, applications, or correspondence; and

  • other information you voluntarily provide to us.

Information About Children and Families

Many GLOW programs and events serve families and children. Parents or guardians may provide information about their children when registering for or participating in GLOW programs.

Depending on the program or event, this information may include a child's name, age or age group, allergies or dietary information, childcare needs, emergency or program-related information, and other information reasonably necessary to administer the program.

We ask parents and guardians to provide only information that is reasonably necessary for participation in GLOW's programs and activities.

GLOW's general website is not intended to solicit personal information directly from children under 13 without the involvement of a parent or guardian. If you believe a child has submitted personal information directly to us inappropriately, please contact us at info@glowministry.org.

Forms and Program Registrations

GLOW uses Google Forms to collect information for certain programs, events, registrations, applications, surveys, and other ministry activities.

Information submitted through these forms may include names, contact information, information about children or family members, program preferences, allergies or dietary information, childcare needs, volunteer information, and other information relevant to the particular form or program.

Information submitted through Google Forms is processed using Google's services and is subject to Google's applicable privacy practices.

2. Donations and Payment Information

When you make a donation or other payment to GLOW, your transaction may be processed through a third-party donation or payment platform.

GLOW currently uses Anedot, Give Lively, Fundraise Up, and Stripe for donation and payment processing.

These providers may collect information necessary to process your transaction, including payment-card or bank-account information.

GLOW may receive information associated with your donation or transaction, such as your name, contact information, donation amount, transaction date, donation designation, recurring-gift preferences, and transaction status.

Payment credentials are processed according to the practices of the applicable payment provider. GLOW does not intentionally store complete payment-card numbers or card security codes in its own systems.

3. Email Communications

GLOW uses Klaviyo and Google to help manage email communications and related information.

If you subscribe to GLOW updates, newsletters, prayer communications, event announcements, or other email communications, we may collect information such as your name, email address, communication preferences, and information regarding your interaction with our communications.

We may use this information to send requested communications and to understand and improve the effectiveness of our communications.

You may unsubscribe from applicable marketing or newsletter communications at any time by using the unsubscribe link included in the email or by contacting us.

Unsubscribing from general communications does not necessarily prevent GLOW from sending transactional or administrative communications, such as donation receipts, event-registration information, or responses to requests you submit.
