About Glow International
Glow International was founded in 2014 by Samantha Harris and Naoko Uechi.
We are a non-profit, parachurch organization based on the south side of Atlanta, serving both the local and expatriate Japanese communities. In 2020, we officially became an established non-profit. Over the years, we have been blessed to participate in more than 10 mission trips to Japan.
To fulfill the mission of Glow, we partner with interdenominational American and Japanese churches and ministries, as well as individual supporters who share our vision.

We exist to glorify God by sharing Christ’s love and making the gospel known among the Japanese people on the Southside of Atlanta and in Japan.

Our Impact
Over the past ten years, God has allowed us to share the gospel with over 500 Japanese people.
Peachtree City and Newnan, GA, are home to many Japanese-based companies that send expats and their families to live in the United States for 2–5 years. During this short but significant time, we have the privilege of gently introducing them to the Gospel in a gentle and loving way.
We are also grateful for the ten strategic partnerships we have formed with ministries and churches. Each one of these relationships is a blessing, and we thank God for the ways He is working through them.
Since 2021, we have been able to go to Japan on mission trips every year. In November 2024, Crossroads Church and Grace Church joined us on a Vision Trip, and they will be participating in a full mission trip with us soon. We are excited to see how the Lord will continue to use these partnerships to advance His kingdom!
